Refund Policy

At SayHello, we are committed to delivering professional services that are carefully planned and executed. Due to the nature of our work and the commitment of time and resources, the following refund policy applies:

1. Project-Based Services (Marketing, PR, Creative, Campaigns, Content Production)
Payments made for strategic, creative, and campaign-related services are non-refundable once the project has commenced and resources have been allocated. Refunds will only be considered if the Agency has not yet begun work on the deliverables and no time or production costs have been incurred.

2. Event & Experience Services
For event-related services, our cancellation and refund terms are as follows:

  • 120+ days before the event: Full refund of the deposit.

  • 90–119 days before the event: 75% refund of the deposit.

  • 60–89 days before the event: 50% refund of the deposit.

  • 1–59 days before the event: No refund; 100% of the quoted amount is payable.

3. Postponements
Postponement of an event is permitted, subject to availability, and will incur the following fees:

  • 120+ days prior: No penalty.

  • 90–119 days prior: 10% rescheduling fee.

  • 60–89 days prior: 25% rescheduling fee.

  • 1–59 days prior: 50% rescheduling fee.

Postponed events must take place within 12 months of the original booking date.

4. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, acts of government, or other events beyond control), both parties agree to act in good faith to reschedule the services or negotiate alternative solutions. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
